About PSLPA

Promoting Speech & Language Pathology in Pakistan with Excellence, Awareness, and Advocacy.

WELCOME TO PSLPA

The Pakistan Speech & Language Pathologist Association (PSLPA) is a professional body dedicated to advancing the field of speech and language pathology in Pakistan. We strive to promote excellence in clinical practice, education, and research, while raising awareness about communication and swallowing disorders. PSLPA works to safeguard professional ethics, support academic growth, and improve the quality of life for individuals across all age groups.

Our Vision & Mission

PSLPA was established on October 9, 2019, by a group that strongly believed in the importance of speech therapy. They noticed many individuals were left without support—or worse, harmed by incorrect treatments.
The PSLPA aspires to promote, encourage speech therapy and create awareness, early intervention, rehabilitation of individuals into the community, reflection and academic development among PSLP/SLT of Pakistan to improve quality of life of affected individuals, and to make them productive citizens of Pakistan.
The PSLPA is a professional organization dedicated to enhance the emerging discipline of speech language pathology. In an effort to standardize service provision, PSLPA further strives to represent the speech and language pathologist community on relevant international and national health issues in a timely and organized manner.

About Our Organization
